Big rooms. Big streams. No dead air.

Conferences, webinars, AGMs and everything in between. One team runs it all, so nothing goes wrong in front of your audience.

One run of show for both, so nobody online feels like the second audience.

People talk. We make sure everyone is heard.

For organizations that can't afford a meeting going wrong, we run the room, the stream and the software as one show, so everyone in the room and at home is part of the conversation.

The whole event, not just the stream.

The room

A venue holding thousands, a boardroom at your offices, or our studio in Mississauga. Speakers hit their cues, the mics work, and you get to host your event instead of fixing it.

Studio production
Hosts on camera in our green-screen studio in Mississauga, or a studio we build at your headquarters, speakers joining from anywhere.
CME accredited programs
Mainpro+ and MOC credit events, certificates, post-event distribution.

The stream

People watching from home see and hear everything the room does, and always know what's happening and what to do next.

Livestream and hybrid production
Cameras, switching, graphics, streaming to Zoom, Vimeo or your own platform.
Fully virtual meetings and AGMs
Webinars, Zoom Events, voting integrations, studios where the chair sits.
Video and on-demand
Session recordings, narrated modules with voiceover tuned for medical terms, branded hosting on your own subdomain.

The software

When Zoom can't run your vote or your speaker queue, we build the piece that can, and our crew runs it on the day.

Custom software
Speaker queues, voting displays, call-in lines, control panels. Built for the event, not bought off a shelf.
Registration and email
Landing pages, Stripe registration and the email campaigns behind them.

Selected work

Real rooms, real members, real numbers.

Bring us the hard one.

Every project on this page started as one message. Tell us the date, the format and whatever worries you. If we're not the right team for it, we'll tell you who is.

Produced for the Ontario Medical Association, the Hamilton Academy of Medicine, Dermoscopy Canada, Meliora Healthcare Communications, Proteocyte and other professional organizations across Ontario.

Tell us what you're planning.

You'll hear back from the producer who would run your event, not a sales team. Or write directly to team@banty.com.
